Clinical Supervision & Training

We support developing clinicians in becoming more skilled, with a stronger sense of who they are becoming as therapists.

Field Placements

We offer a small number of MSW field placements each academic year. Interns receive meaningful clinical experience across individual work, groups, community partnerships, outreach, and other opportunities based on their interests, readiness, and university requirements.

Our goal is for interns to leave their placement with both a strong foundation and a clearer sense of their own clinical direction. Students are encouraged to explore different populations, settings, and ways of working while developing their clinical judgment, identifying the work that feels most meaningful to them, and beginning to find their own voice as a clinician.

We are particularly interested in advanced or specialist-year MSW students who are ready for substantive clinical experience, increasing independence, and thoughtful supervision.

Pre-Licensed Clinicians

We work with developing clinicians completing supervised practice toward independent licensure. Supervisees receive regular clinical supervision and consultation designed to support thoughtful case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, clinical confidence, and continued development of their individual therapeutic approach.

We bring more than 40 years of post-graduate clinical experience, combined. Our supervision is collaborative and individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. We want clinicians to understand why they are making clinical decisions, develop confidence in their own judgment, and leave supervision better prepared for independent practice.
